  There's a recurring joke amongst role-playing fans: "how come swords are always more powerful than guns?" Well, it seems tri-Ace is going to shatter that one eccentricity of the genre with Resonance of Fate, which is clearly based around insane gunplay. In fact, this must be what you get when you combine "The Matrix" and Final Fantasy. This new RPG looks absolutely gorgeous, and we can't wait to learn more; it's very high on our radar right now, and we have plenty of faith in the developer. This is the first time Square-Enix isn't publishing one of their projects, but we figure that doesn't mean anything...just give us that awesome gunfighting and those sweet cut-scenes!
