The Little Sisters have returned in Bioshock 2 and as a new multiplayer mode, you will try to rescue as many as you possibly can before succumbing to death. Here is some gameplay and as you can see, it's going to be a definite challenge to get those pesky girls into their holes; they obviously don't want to be hauled around. The evil shine to their eyes is enough to give us nightmares, but that's guaranteed to be one of the best aspects of this sequel: the unparalleled atmosphere. It's tough to wait until February for this one...
