Not only do we get Final Fantasy XIII next year, but we also get Tri-Ace's new RPG effort, Resonance of Fate. And rather than the traditional sword-and-staff format, you're looking at more of a modern, sci-fi setting where firearms are the primary mode of defense and attack. The characters are super agile and impose their will with unbelievably acrobatic attacks, all with a variety of guns equipped. It's like "The Matrix" meets FF! This could be one of the more entertaining and unique role-playing experiences of the generation thus far, and we can't wait to give it a try when it arrives here on May 31.
