Spec Ops: The Line - Downfall of Dubai Interview Video
Spec Ops: The Line marks the return of a fairly successful franchise and this time around, developer Yager has a few tricks up its sleeve. For instance, there's the inclusion of what they're calling "dynamic sand;" within the sandstorm-riddled city of Dubai, the sand can be both your worst enemy and your best ally. In this new interview with the game's lead designer, Cory Davis, we get some new info and plenty of gameplay footage. As you can see, it features familiar third-person shooting mechanics, complete with cover and sprinting (ala Uncharted or Gears of War). It looks pretty good so we'll keep an eye on it.
