Noire is a long-awaited project that holds a ridiculous amount of promise; we just love the dark, gritty, "noire" atmosphere. The more we see and hear, the more intrigued we become. Considering the potential and the amount of effort expended, is it fair to think this title will be one of the best of 2011...?
