You have to take the title of this video literally...so make sure you don't watch it if you've eaten recently. It's just totally gross. But then again, that's part of what makes the Duke so damn appealing; he has always been the ultimate guilty pleasure. Duke Nukem Forever has been delayed once more, but you only have to wait five weeks more before you can start slinging crap. No, seriously.
