No, it isn't yet another Rock Band spin-off; it's a new project from ACE Team and Atlus that is actually closer to Katamari Damacy. The main difference is obvious, though: instead of picking stuff up, you're knocking things over. If you're familiar with this particular publisher's body of work, this probably won't surprise you...they're into creative, unique stuff.
