If you were wondering why game stores and other retailers were staying open late a few days ago, we can tell you why: Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock came out. Each entry in this uber-popular franchise has gotten more popular, and the third installment is jam packed with more songs than ever. All you wannabe rock Gods out there already have this one, but if you don't, check out the launch trailer. Sure, the cost of admission is a bit higher than normal, but it's nowhere near the $169.99 price tag for Rock Band, and besides, it's Guitar Hero! How can you possibly pass it up? It's the ultimate party game!
