Woah...since when did EA and Need for Speed get all realistic on us? Check out this Damage Diary video and you'll realize that we're going to have to be more careful this time around; smacking the wall or another car can have nasty repercussions, just like in real life. The developers talk about how excited they are about the damage modeling feature, and it certainly looks amazing. So if you pick this one up next week, don't think you can risk life and limb just 'cuz it's a video game. If you flip through the air at 200 m.p.h, the race is, for all intents and purposes, over. Deal with it, racers, and adapt!
