Here, we're introduced to one of the main characters in Grand Theft Auto IV, and he's got a bit of a temper. Phil Bell is raining down his own brand of justice on anybody who steps in his path, and he's willing to use just about anything to get the job done. It's just business, right? When dirty work needs to be done, it requires individuals who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty, and Mr. Bell definitely fits the bill. He also fits perfectly into the GTAIV format, if you hadn't noticed. Heck, we've got explosions and strippers packed into one little video, so that oughta tell you something.
