R.E.M.'s hit, "It's The End of The World As We Know It" comes quickly to mind, as we survey the post-apocalyptic landscape of Vigil's Darksiders: Wrath of War. Here's the latest video offering, and it lets you in on the game's story and presentation details. Perhaps all hope is lost for humans as you aren't battling evil hordes of demons as a brave human hero; you actually tear through your dark surroundings as a fellow demon, hell-bent on reattaining your powers. The only problem is that other demons aren't so keen on letting that happen, and besides, they all crave combat, anyway. This is a unique and potentially engaging setting, so we have high hopes for Darksiders.
