UK Sales Update: New Tomb Raider Is Most Popular On PS4
Sony recently revealed that the PlayStation 4 was outselling the Xbox One by an impressive 1.5:1 ratio in the UK.
So, perhaps it isn't too surprising to learn that the PS4 version of Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition is much more popular on PS4 in that region. According to GfK Chart-Track results, 69 percent of the special edition's sales were on the PS4, with the Xbox One tallying 31 percent.
It sits at the top of the UK charts, although the uber-popular FIFA 14 is a very close second (500 copies). The rest of the chart features expected titles, mostly because there really weren't any notable releases in January aside from the spruced-up Lara adventure. You see Call of Duty: Ghosts, Battlefield 4, LEGO Marvel Super Heroes, Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition, Grand Theft Auto V, Need for Speed: Rivals, and Killzone: Shadow Fall.
There's no doubt that the Definitive Edition is indeed "definitive." Did you pick it up?
