Inquisition Gets Gorgeous Screenshots, Class Details

This game just keeps soaring higher and higher on our hype scope.

BioWare has delivered a bevy of gorgeous new screenshots - check 'em out over at the game's official gallery - and they've also handed out details on the different character classes.

There are three classes: Warrior, Mage, and Rogue, and each will have their own unique set of abilities, weaponry, special skills and class-specific story content. As your character progresses during the adventure, you'll be able to select an added specialization as well. This is precisely the kind of fantastic depth that was missing from Dragon Age II, so role-playing fanatics should be very excited.

The game's site also lets you explore the map, which is quite sizable. Granted, some of those amazing screenshots come from the trailer that was released earlier this week along with the finalized launch date, but so what? They're incredible.

There's also something to be said for a babe with a giant sword, but it's hard to deny yourself the fun of swiftness.

Yeah... Dual wielded (if possible) shorter one-handed blades, swift moves, sneaky abilities...
... And a good boost on social abilities (love to flirt my way through things) and lockpick/snares/technical know-how.

Oh man can't wait.

While I think this one looks beautiful, from what I've seen it looks like it's going to be solo action based gameplay instead of team strategy based like the first one.

Really wish the gameplay was more like the first and not getting more actiony.
