Sportsfriends Brings Zany Co-Op Sports Action To PS3, PS4

Now this looks like fun!

As announced over at the PlayStation Blog, Sportsfriends is coming to the PS4 and PS3 on May 6. It'll retail for $15.

The quirky co-op sports collection includes four games: JS Joust, BaraBariBall, Super Pole Riders and Hokra. You can also use the PlayStation Move to further immerse yourself in the experience, if you so choose. The PS4 version allows for up to four players to join in on the action (via 4 Dual Shock 4 controllers), and up to seven players in the PS3 version. If you pick up the PS3 version, you'll nab the PS4 iteration for free, too.

This was a successful Kickstarter project that earned $152,451, so now it's almost time to check out the results of that campaign.

Can you connect the Move controller to a PS4?

Now there's a good question! I've had my Move controllers sitting next to the PS4 for a while, but hadn't tried to connect them up. Just tried then and can happily report they connect up and work just fine. The only niggly thing is that the Move controllers (Move itself, and the little thing with a stick and d-pad) use micro-B rather than mini-B (the connection for the PS4 controller), so you'll need two different types of USB cables handy.

They seem to work just like they did in the PS3 with the menus as well.

I need this game. Will be incredibly fun/hilarious. But then I'll need Move.
