Bungie Bringing Destiny To PS3 And PS4

We already knew that Bungie's new project, Destiny, is heading to the PlayStation world.

But what we didn't know is that it's actually coming to both the PS3 and PS4, and the game will release on both consoles at the same time.

Furthermore, Bungie will be creating content that will be exclusive to the PlayStation community. Obviously, the Halo creator is definitely on board with Sony for this coming generation, which is good news. The interesting part is that Destiny isn't supposed to come to the PS3 (last we heard) until 2014, while it'll debut on the Xbox 360. So is it also coming to the Xbox 720? Or do they not know when that system is coming out? Isn't Microsoft going to match Sony? Guess we'll have to see what happens when Microsoft makes their big announcement.

Destiny is called a FPS with a "shared world," so it's kinda like a MMOFPS.

I'm very interested in what Bungie has in store for us with this game. I like the thought of having an open world FPS that friends and I can share in. I just hope it's handled right. I don't want a paid subscription or grind-fest. I love the artwork and what they've shown so far. I want to play in that world.
