Take-Two: Lohan's GTAV Lawsuit "Filed For Publicity Purposes"
Well, I mean...are they wrong?
Grand Theft Auto V publisher Take-Two Interactive says actress Lindsay Lohan's lawsuit against Rockstar is nothing more than a desperate bid for attention, according to the Associated Press.
Lohan's lawsuit claims the developers used her likeness in GTAV without her permission, but Take-Two says the case is entirely without merit. The company says it was "filed for publicity purposes" and they want the case dismissed. They even want Lohan to cover their significant legal fees and if that actually happened, it'd be funny. The lawsuit tries to say that Lacey Jonas in GTAV has an "unequivocal" reference to her, and her voice and clothing styles were lifted.
Take-Two says none of that is true and the only similarities are that Lohan and Jonas are young, blonde women. But even then...is Lohan naturally blonde? Oh, whatever. Obviously a frivolous lawsuit and a bid for attention. And money.
