TGS 2014 Should Include Uncharted 4, FF Type-0 HD, More

The Tokyo Game Show is just around the corner, and the website for Sony Computer Entertainment Japan may have leaked some major titles.

According to Gematsu, several big-name games are on tap for the show, including Naughty Dog's hotly anticipated Uncharted 4: A Thief's End.

There's also logos for Final Fantasy Type-0 HD and Resident Evil Revelations 2 for the PlayStation Vita (which is interesting). Then there are several mystery titles that can be found in the folders for Sony's lineup; these might include Until Dawn and Bloodborne. It looks like Grand Theft Auto V is also scheduled to make an appearance; presumably, they'll show off the upcoming new version for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

It remains to be seen what we'll see for these titles, though. There's a good chance we won't see any Uncharted 4 gameplay, for instance, but you never know about the other games...hopefully, we'll get different content than what we saw at E3 in June.

I wonder if we'll get another big name debut. Maybe they'll reannounce Deep Down. It seems like forever since we've heard what's going on with that game... I always look forward to TGS because that was where Sega announced Valkyria Chronicles 3, and I just can't kill that little bubble of hope that they'll announce a new entry for the PS4, and this time bring it to the west. Beyond that, maybe it'll be that Legend of Dragoon reboot that was rumoured, or a new Level-5 collaboration.

So many Vita titles are coming to PS3, maybe you can hope for a Valkyria Chronicles II-III pack for PS3. Or PS4.

It'd be nice to hear from PD! All this car game talk (forza, the crew, gt6 update, project cars, and drive club) lately... Yet, my favorite franchise is still sooo far away! I don't think it'll happen. Just want it to be true! :-)

Oh yeah, finding out my g27 wheel will be supported after all wouldn't hurt, either MN so very butt-hurt about that can of worms.

Wasn't Gran Turismo 6 PS4 supposed to pop up quickly?

Gt7 was supposed to happen this year, but admitted it won't make it. Recent hiring were made for sound engineers and such, which is a good sign of things to come. Nonetheless, we've yet to see anything at all from it. Just the typical spiel about it being bigger, smarter, and prettier.

Talks of GT6 PS4 were just greatly over stated in this website through pure speculation. Apparently so much as many still expect it here. Absolutely not the slightest hint from PD that GT6 gets a PS4 version. He was simply talking about future GT in the PS4.

Nobody should expect GT7 this year. Kaz mentioned 1-2 years. That's a pretty big gap n knowing pd ud think it'd be closer to 2 years instead of 1.

Given that the game is already 3 years in production, it's a matter of getting to see it for ourselves to some extent. Kaz admitted that the ps3 memory restraints slowed down the progress and intended on reducing their production time for it.

Seems like more of the care that was given to many ps4 titles is being invested in the direction of GT as well. They're likely back to the drawing board with a few segments of the game to alleviate issues of high criticism (damage modeling, engine sounds, overall finish of cars, and shadows). For PD to be recruiting sound personnel this far into development seems like the game plan has been revised to some extent?

I'm just really craving some teasers! Lol

I really hope they will show U4 gameplay, even if it would be just several seconds.
I don't know how I feel about FF - I am a fan, but from what I saw it's a lot action oriented and you only control one character during fight? Can someone elaborate?

Well the Action-RPG combat of Kingdom Hearts seems to be the inspiration for Final Fantasy XV's combat. Mostly due to Tetsuya Nomura being heavily involved with the project.

The one plus is that you can control more than one character in FFVX but only one at a time, presumably you'd jump between them on the fly when they are available. But who knows at this stage, they may even scrap that. The game could become an FPS now for all we know...

There will be a trailer for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain & this time there will be a release date! So pumped for it as the game really is in a class of it's own right now.

Final Fantasy Type-0 HD has been announced for March. Yup, I am down for that, I just sold my Wii-U so I reckon I will have a enough money ready for it.
