Capcom Producer: Street Fighter V "Needs A Lot Of Work"
If you're not blown away by the graphics you've seen in Street Fighter V, have patience.
The game is still early on in the development stage, as Capcom producer Yoshinori Ono told Japanese publication Famitsu (translated by Siliconera).
Ono says the game "still needs a lot of work" and as such, the graphics are only going to get better over time. He wants gamers to think of SFV as a project in which "development has only just begun," so don't think anything you see is even remotely final. We recently got a look at some gameplay during last weekend's Capcom Cup tournament, when Ryu and Chun Li faced off. It showed flashes of greatness but obviously, the visual presentation isn't quite done.
Ono added that while the new installment will feature familiar moves, they'll also add new skills as well. So long as Ryu has his fireball and uppercut, I'm good.
