Overlord: Fellowship Of Evil Announced, Goes Top-Down
It has been over six years since we've seen a new Overlord title, so we're long overdue.
Today, Codemasters officially announces Overlord: Fellowship of Evil, which is in development for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC and will launch later this year. It will only cost you $20, too.
This time around, we'll play as four Netherghūls, which are nefarious undead servants that are "determined to bring evil back to a world overrun by the forces of good." The game will support four-player co-op locally or online and another big change is the perspective: Rather than the standard third-person view, we'll play this game from a top-down perspective.
Some franchise veterans will return: Marc Silk will voice the nasty creatures and writer Rhianna Pratchett, who worked on the first two titles in the franchise, will pen the script for Fellowship of Evil. Lastly, check out the three-minute introductory video:
