Go Behind The Scenes Of Bloodborne's Great Soundtrack
Very often, we underestimate the importance of a stellar soundtrack.
When playing a game like Bloodborne, one revels in the captivating score, often without even realizing it.
If you want to learn more about the ambitious music spawned by a collaboration between JAPAN Studios, From Software, and SCEA's Product Development Services Group (PDSG), check out the story over at the PlayStation Blog, where they celebrate the release of the soundtrack - on CD and in digital format - by talking to Tsukasa Saitoh, Yuka Kitamura, and Nobuyoshi Suzuki.
Inspirations include everything from "Victorian-Gothic" to "Bram Stoker's Dracula." They also say they wanted to focus on the words "mortal struggle" and "horror," which helped to drive the composition of the pieces.
