The Witcher 3 Patch: Bigger Fonts And Silly Candle Fix
Obviously, despite its obvious greatness, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt still needs considerable help from patches and updates.
Thankfully, CD Projekt Red is on top of things. We've already seen several patches and yesterday, they released the most requested fixes for patch 1.04/1.05.
Atop the list is the fact that "Geralt will no longer interact with candles near chests and other interactive elements." Finally. I don't know how many times I told Geralt to "stop freaking lighting and extinguishing; just let me loot, damnit!"
They've also worked to improve "camera smoothness" and "significantly enlarged GUI and HUD elements (including fonts) on consoles and slightly on PC." These two are also extremely important for all avid players, so it's nice to see these as well. Of course, we also get various bug fixes and certain instances where players encountered crazy problems, like Keira falling under terrain in the Wandering in the Dark quest.
The more they work on it, the more amazing the game will get.
