Warner Bros. Confirms More Content For Mortal Kombat X

It's not over for Mortal Kombat X.

The popular and well-received fighter has already received a bunch of extra content but developer NetherRealm Studios isn't done.

Today, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment confirmed that MKX would be getting more content, which will roll out during the first half of 2016. Fans will get more playable characters along with new skins and a new environment. The publisher didn't reveal the new fighters but you can see a few shadowy outlines in this picture; some think one of them might be Wolverine...

No word on pricing, either, but as a frame of reference, the first Kombat Pack went for $30 and it came with four new characters: Jason Voorhees, Predator, Tanya and Tremor. And don't forget that the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game have been canceled.

Not paying another $45 for incomplete dlc. After paying for the 1st kombat pack i still don't have access to all skins!
Might as well wait for a komplete edition.

Looks like the next iteration of characters will be:
[from left to right]
Deadpool - doesnt show dual swords too obvious
Wolverine - ?
The guy with a visor around his head in Star Wars
and the judge in My Cousin Vinny

Can't wait!

More multicolored Sub-Zero lookalikes and cheesy movie killers?

No thanks, the character design in MK itself has always been garbage so I don't expect the new DLC fighters to be any different.
