Beyond Eyes: The World As "Seen" By A Shy Blind Girl
If you're craving unique adventures, you can always turn to the PlayStation Store.
As a perfect example, a new downloadable game called Beyond Eyes releases for PlayStation 4 tomorrow. As announced over at the PlayStation Blog, this quest features a young blind girl named Rae.
In order to "see" the world around her, she uses her other senses to visualize her surroundings. The result is a stunningly artistic world that springs to life as a moving watercolor painting of sorts. Losing her sight left Rae traumatized, so she's afraid of loud noises and public places, and rarely leaves her house. Her only company is Nani, a cat that sometimes comes to visit her in the garden.
But when Nani goes missing, Rae must break free of her comfort zone to reclaim her friend and in so doing, she must also face her fears. This sounds like a fantastic concept and if you enjoyed experiences like The Unfinished Swan and Rain, you should definitely consider snagging Beyond Eyes tomorrow.
