Madden NFL 25 Becomes A Launch Title For PlayStation 4, Xbox One

We should probably have a Madden game for the launch of a new video game system, right? It's like a rule.

Today during E3, EA announced that Madden NFL 25, the iteration that marks the 25th anniversary of the acclaimed football franchise, will be a launch title for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Powered by the brand new Ignite engine along with the power of the new systems, this should be the most realistic football game ever. Hope you like simulators! Said EA Sports general manager of American football:

"We’ve never been more ready for a console transition than we are right now. The development team is crafting the most impressive Madden NFL game we’ve ever made, and I’m extremely excited for fans to get their hands on it for themselves when the Xbox One and PS4 launch."

The PS4 and Xbox One versions will deliver innovative new features such as True Step Locomotion, Player Sense, and War in the Trenches to create an unparalleled pigskin experience. It'll easily be the most technologically advanced game in the franchise's long history, and with increased AI and the "Madden Living World," football aficionados should be stoked.

Heard the XboxOne to cost $500 and launch in November. Let's see if I am right. PS4 could be double that and I'm still getting a PS4 only.

yep, $500. Their conference today reminded gamers exactly why Xbox One early adopters have no choice but to spend $100 too much on a useless camera device.

A lot of people won't like being forced into the Kinect. I know this is the wrong platform for this discussion so I'll just say I am excited for those of you who will be getting Madden and hopefully you all get it for the "right" system
