Black Ops III Goes Hardcore With New "Realistic" Setting?
Looks like there will be a new wrinkle in this year's Call of Duty experience.
According to the fresh publication of the Call of Duty: Black Ops III Trophy list, this wrinkle comes in the form of a different difficulty mode.
It appears we're getting the first "Realistic" setting in the franchise's long history and it seems to be the toughest difficulty mode, ahead of Hardened and Veteran. No idea on what the Realistic mode will entail but perhaps there will be no health regeneration and getting hit will cause more damage. Developer Treyarch hasn't mentioned anything about it, so we might just have to experiment come November.
Furthermore, the Trophy list shows us the Dead Ops arcade game from the first Black Ops will return, and the max multiplayer level will be 55. Call of Duty: Black Ops III is slated to release on November 6 for all major platforms but fair warning, the last-gen versions don't offer a campaign mode.
