E3 2013: Super Hot Trailers Direct From Sony's Conference

Those who watched Sony's press conference tonight saw all this, but not everyone on earth got a chance to see the greatness on display.

So in addition to the trailers and announcement videos we've already posted inside our other E3 stories, here's a bunch more that will get you salivating for the next generation of gaming.

First up is a 7-minute gameplay video of Ubisoft's hotly anticipated Watch Dogs. This is a different set of gameplay than what we've seen before, and it highlights the versatility and high-tech style of the game.

Then we've got The Elder Scrolls Online, which has been confirmed for the PS4. Those who love this acclaimed RPG franchise are likely dying to try the new online experience, which is set for 2014. Team up with your friends and head out to conquer anything stupid enough to cross you!

We also got some gameplay for Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag; actually, we got over six minutes of AC goodness! This new entry will boast naval battles and a fresh protagonist, and there's plenty of action (and some story tidbits) in this fresh trailer.

During a presentation that involved upcoming PS4 exclusives, Guerrilla's Killzone: Shadow Fall was featured, and it's looking better than ever. This new forest gameplay trailer gives us a fresh look at one of the most anticipated games of 2013. Yes, this will be a launch title for the PS4.

We saw another side of Quantic Dream's Beyond: Two Souls as well. In all previous trailers and videos, we got mostly story-oriented scenes that were ponderous and thoughtful. But as it turns out, protagonist Jodie Holmes is a well-trained individual. The E3 trailer featured her extensive training...

Lastly, the guys at Bungie are prepping the MMOFPS, Destiny, and they put on quite the show during Sony's conference. In over eleven and a half minutes, they show us what it'll be like to take to the battlefield with your friends. It's full of various challenges and plenty of bad-ass action!

Ben, what about the video about Sony's instruction to lend your PS4 game to your friends?

I think that video might be more of the technical side of the inner workings of the PS4. People may or may not understand it. ;)

Keep Playing!

It's cool that Beyond Two Souls holds up pretty well up against some of the multiplats.

GT6! It was incredible. It looked better than Ubisoft's next gen racer, The Crew, in my opinion.

I had only heard very very little about it and after last night...I want that game. I also heard "the division" is just like this but 3rd person.
Not a fan of 3rd person or i could see myself really getting into that game as well. If you havnt seen it, go check it out. Looks amazing

so, so, so disappointing!
multiplats, multiplats, multiplats, multiplats, and multiplats!
this from the company who, as they bragged, has the biggest first party studios in the world!
pretty pathetic how M$ managed to announce more exclusives than $ony, and they have a minute fraction of the studios $ony has!

no real news on the ps4 and its inner functions, and so many wanted game announcements left hanging!
hell we dident even get new gameplay demos for the 4 games announced in feb, at least that should of been a shoe in!

BTW, no mention on the games at M$s presser?
funny that, when M$ announces a new console with very few games theres 10 articles on that, but when the event where they promised to show the games, not a word.
oh well, again i wont say i told you so!
M$ said they would deliver at E3, and by golly did they deliver!
ryse looks oh so epic, totally worth the what 4 year wait?
now i can see why cretek delayed it till next gen.
even sunset overdrive looks oh so cool, the new game from insomniac exclusive to xbox one!
been waiting SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO long for a parkour open world shooter, and we FINALLY have what looks like to be it!
and to boot, the cartoony foot in mouth humor of insomniac.
what more could you ask for?
please, please, please let it be a launch title!

Listen...we are all REALLY sorry Sony has taken so many of Xbox's fans... but face up to reality, MS is in a crap storm of negative press. Pull the wool over your eyes a hair further?

You will, of course, have your own impressions and opinions that are perfectly valid for you. Microsoft's conference floated your boat. Great.

But if you think by any objective measure that the Microsoft E3 showing was anything other than a massive, catastrophic failure, then you are so thoroughly deluding yourself that it is almost charming to behold.

Look at the reactions in the gaming world, and in the business world. Read the articles at places like Forbes. See how gamers everywhere are reacting. The buzz around the X1 and Microsoft's anti-consumer practices is lethal stuff in this marketplace.

They'll be doing damage control from here on out. That's not the way to launch a product. A slight edge in the number of exclusives doesn't amount to much in the face of this tidal wave of bad press.

so announcing all those new IPs, and demoing so many awesome games live in front of the world, is a claustrophobic failure?
in that case sign me up!
if M$s presser was a claustrophobic failure, than what was $onys?
a epic disatarious claustrophobic failure?
a trainwreck?
pull your head out of your a$$ for once, get the stupid consumer restrictions out of the way, and at least acknowledge they had a awesome presser!
the WHOLE point of E3 is to announce GAMES!
and thats EXACTLY what M$ did, and PLENTY of them!
$ony, quite the opposite.........
as i said before, $ony jumps on stage, whips their cock out bragging they have the largest first party studios in the world, than announce a single game!

Sony just mushroom slapped MS. MS thinks they can get away with an inferior system and mandatory kinect. PS4 is going to wipe the floor with XB1.

I hope the screen tearing we saw in Beyond gets cut back significantly by release time, a little bit like in Heavy Rain wasn't a problem but it was lookin rough for poor Jodie.
