Street Fighter V's R. Mika And Cammy Aren't So Sexual Now
Maybe it was inevitable.
When Capcom gave gamers a peek at some revealing footage of Street Fighter V, many started to complain about gratuitous sexual innuendo.
Specifically, Rainbow Mika and Cammy were targeted; the former has a move where she slaps her mostly naked rear and the latter's introduction had a camera angle that honed in on her crotch. You can guess where the camera was for R. Mika's butt-slap, right? At any rate, it appears both have been censored, per the new videos seen below.
The camera angles have been changed in both so the viewpoints are different. This footage apparently comes from a later version of the beta and of course, because you can't make anyone happy, these changes have met with derision as well.
Street Fighter V recently earned a confirmed launch date of February 16, 2016, when it will release for PlayStation 4 and PC.
