Here's One Celebrity That Calls Battlefront A "Piece Of Sh**"
Lots of celebrities have already helped endorse the recently released Star Wars: Battlefront.
But not Breaking Benjamin lead singer Benjamin Burnley.
Evidently, publisher Electronic Arts approached Burnley about promoting Battlefront on social media and...well, the guy wasn't too receptive to that idea. And the reason is simple: He basically hates the game, a fact he made abundantly clear on Instagram. He posted a picture of a busted Battlefront disc and these fiery comments:
"They wanted to pay me to post that I like this peice of shit game .. They can shove it up their ass this game sucks I'd rather watch the god awful prequels then play this peice of shit one more second that's for ruining Star Wars EA :)"
Burnley is a "Star Wars" fan (for Halloween, he dressed up as villain Kylo Ren), so it made sense for EA to approach him. Unfortunately for the company, he obviously has a big problem with the game, which is a little odd, as there's one positive aspect of the title that everyone seems to agree on: It really does look and feel like "Star Wars." Wonder why he hates it so much...?
Most of our readers weren't interested in purchasing the game last week, but EA is still planning to produce more "Star Wars"-themed efforts. No surprise there; Battlefront will undoubtedly sell well.
