Fans Responsible For Getting A Gravity Rush Remastered Disc
When Gravity Rush Remastered was announced, fans of the original Vita hit were ecstatic.
Now, the re-imagined title has been released in Japan and Western fans can expect it to launch on February 2, 2016. It'll help pave the way for the upcoming Gravity Rush 2.
The game will be available both digitally and in standard disc format, but did you know the latter almost didn't happen? SCE Worldwide Studios boss Shuhei Yoshida and Game Director Keiichiro Toyama appeared on Dengeki PlayStation's winter special livestream (as cited by DualShockers), and Yoshida said he's always grateful for fan feedback on social networks. In fact, that feedback resulted in the physical release of Gravity Rush Remastered because Sony originally planned for a digital-only launch.
See? Not everyone on earth dismisses physical media as some antiquated, unnecessary notion. Some of like it, so just deal with it you freakin' callous millennials. ;)
