PSN Back Up, Sony Will Extend Plus And Now Subscriptions
If you couldn't sign into the PlayStation Network on Monday, you weren't the only one.
A worldwide outage meant users couldn't do much of anything for that 24-hour period and now, Sony has issued an apology.
As the company stated at the PlayStation Twitter page, they plan to extend PS Plus and PS Now subscriptions for existing users, as a thank you for being patient while Sony restored the Network. They don't say exactly how long these extensions will be but it probably won't be for more than a day or two.

At the end of 2014, the PSN was down for a good four days, and Sony responded by granting five-day extensions on PlayStation-related accounts for users. You should be able to log in to the PSN today, by the way.
