Ubisoft Confirms For Honor Will Have A Single-Player Campaign
Bear in mind that "single-player" could have different meanings these days. Hell, EA said Star Wars: Battlefront had a campaign but, uh...no.
When Ubisoft unveiled their promising new IP For Honor at E3 2015, we only knew the game would boast intense medieval combat. We also figured it'd be multiplayer-centric, as that's the only footage we saw. But in a recent video, producer Stephane Cardin makes it plain:
"One of the big questions we receive is about a solo campaign. We said that we will have a single[-player] campaign, and I can promise you that we will have a solo campaign."
They're not ready to show it off yet but rest assured, you will be able to play For Honor by yourself. Obviously, this doesn't answer all our questions but at least there's the possibility that it'll be a worthwhile purchase for those who only wish to play solo. No, we're not all gone yet, contrary to popular belief.
