Blood And Wine: Even Better Than The Witcher 3's Main Story?

In my estimation, Hearts of Stone is by far and away this generation's best expansion to date.

But developer CD Projekt Red's response to that is as follows: "You ain't seen nothin' yet."

That's because despite the greatness of that 10-hour expansion, the team is prepping an expansion that's twice as long and apparently, even better than the main campaign. In speaking about the second add-on, Blood and Wine, senior writer Jakub Szamalek told Eurogamer Italy (as translated by OnlySP) that the next add-on will finish off Geralt's long story arc. He says they've "achieved something even better than the main game" and they call the last plot the most "complex."

Szamalek adds that Wild Hunt didn't really have a charismatic villain, so they made a unique and memorable opponent for Blood and Wine. Can't wait to face him down with my Lv. 40 Geralt and his bad-ass equipment!

The Witcher 3 recently earned 8 total nominations for the upcoming 19th annual D.I.C.E. Awards, and the title has already received plenty of other awards around the industry, including our overall Game of the Year.

Nothing against Witcher, but I'm more wanting to see what they have in store for us with "Cyberpunk 2077" which CD Projekt Red has already stated will be 10 time the Witcher 3.

Cyberpunk reminds me so much of Shadowrun, but in true action 3d! I really dont know to much about it, but after giving half my life away to play Witcher 3 because it is so good, I am willing to give CD Project Red a chance and play a cyber version of it. lol.

Yea, both Dragon Age Inquisition and Witcher 3 had somewhat faceless villains although Witcher 3 did a better job with their villain. Hopefully this dlc is as good as the first.

I thought I would never play anything as good as KIngdoms of Amalur, well at least a good action RPG.

I never got to play Witcher 1 and 2. But I decided to give 3 a shot for my christmas present to me.

It is a fantastic game. Fantastic different stories as well. SquareEnix and FF 15 have tons to shoot for because of this game, W 3.

Oh yeah, how can I forget that awesome card game in Witcher 3 called GWENT. Damn good fun.

The amount of content in this game is just amazing.
