Doom Closed Beta Dates Revealed, New Multiplayer Trailer
It's one of our most anticipated games of 2016 and not only does it offer an awesome 13-hour campaign, but it will also boast bad-ass multiplayer.
To prove it, Bethesda has released a new multiplayer trailer for the upcoming reboot, and they've announced the closed beta dates: March 31 through April 3 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
The game will feature four-player deathmatch, domination, freeze tag and clan arena, and don't forget that if you pre-ordered Wolfenstein: The New Order - and you redeemed the beta code - you will be granted immediate access to the Doom closed beta. For more, visit the official website.
Developer id Software partnered with Certain Affinity to create the multiplayer action, and it's not the first time the latter group has helped with a high-profile title. They also contributed to the multiplayer in Halo: The Master Chief Collection and Call of Duty: Ghosts, among other titles. As for Doom, it was part of our 7 games in 3 months feature that highlighted quality and variety.
And of course, it's freakin' Doom. How can you go wrong? The reboot will be ready to rock on May 13 for all aforementioned platforms.
