Star Ocean 5 Gets A Launch Trailer, A “Meet the Voices” Video, And More For E3 2016

Square Enix held their final “Star Log” livestream for Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness, where they revealed a launch trailer for the upcoming sci-fi RPG, and more.

You can view the trailers below:

Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness E3 2016 Launch Trailer:

The Stars Await You in Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness. Experience the story of Fidel Camuze, his childhood friend Miki Sauvester, and a mysterious young girl named Relia who holds the key to the story, as they get drawn into a battle that may change the fate of the planet.

Meet the Voices Trailer:

Meet the voice actors that bring the characters of Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness to life.
Voice Cast:
Tessa Netting, voice of Relia
Max Mittelman, voice of Fidel Camuze
Eden Riegel, voice of Miki Sauvester
Crispin Freeman, voice of Victor Oakville
Aimée Castle, voice of Fiore Brunelli
Erica Luttrell, voice of Anne
Christopher Corey Smith, voice of Emmerson

Charles De Goale Trailer:

Despite being designed as a research vessel, this craft also possesses decent offensive capabilities. It packs weaponry like phase cannons and photon torpedoes, shields that offer the highest degree of protection, and a warp engine anyone would be proud of, but also has numerous facilities for the many passengers it was made to carry. Among its spacious interior are groups of vendors, a sick bay, and a hall for the transport of personnel, which all help make the Charles D. Goale as self-sufficient as possible.

Relia Spotlight Trailer:

Relia drops into Fidel and Miki’s life with no memory of anything that transpired prior to meeting them, and if she ever had emotions, she does not display them anymore. She does, however, cling to Miki like a small child would her mother. On top of all this, someone appears to be doing everything in his or her power to capture Relia.

Additionally, the publisher revealed that fans who pre-order the Digital Day One Edition of the game from the PlayStation Store starting today will receive an exclusive dynamic PlayStation 4 theme, featuring the main characters (Fidel in the city of Central Resulia, Miki in her hometwon of Stahl, and Relia in the team’s spaceship) with music from composer Motoi Sakuraba.

You can view the themes below:

The theme features Fidel in the city of Central Resulia, Miki in her hometown Stahl, and Relia in the team’s spaceship. The theme also has music from the soundtrack composed by Motoi Sakuraba.

Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness is due out for PlayStation 4 in North America on June 28 and in Europe on July 1. I can't wait to play this game. I've already beaten Uncharted 4, and I'm just re-playing some games that I've already beaten while waiting for Star Ocean 5. Just 11 more days to go before Star Ocean 5 arrives! ^_^

Really exicted for this now - Yes, I've pre-ordered, but I have the Steelbook Edition, so I won't get the theme :/

Despite the JP nay-sayers, I think this is going to be right up my street. As long as it has enough stroy adn character interaction through out the adventure I will be content. I just bet Star Ocean 1 on PSP & found it to be fantastic. Just counting down the days now :)

I'm gonna be extra careful and look everywhere and talk to everyone to get the most out of the game since it may be a bit short.

I will pick this up and take my time with it. It will be my first RPG on PS4. I haven't played any previous Star Ocean games yet.

The characters look really clean, which I lik. It so different from the gritty style of characters from the west.

Nice game for the summer while I wait for my anime shows to start.

I was so hyped up about this game, until I saw an import preview that managed to drown my hype a bit (mostly due to some design choices the devs made regarding cutscenes and annoyingly repetitive protect the target missions..

But I keep expecting that I would personally enjoy it, no matter the early previews I read. So, yeah, I'll definitely be getting this!
