Paramount Supports UMD
Paramount Home Entertainment has revealed that they will be supporting the UMD format for Sony's PSP. Sahara is debuting August 30 - day and date on DVD, VHS and UMD. The first wave of titles, Team America, Coach Carter and Without A Paddle, is scheduled for release on August 9. Viva La Bam: Volume 1 will be released on August 30.In addition, Nickelodeon's SpongeBob Squarepants Volume One, and the SpongeBob Squarepants movie will be landing on UMD later this year. The studio plans to announce additional UMD titles for 2005 in the coming months.
