More LEGO Titles For Warner Films
Most games based on movies will make you shudder, but Traveller's Tales has used a legendary children's toy to make some of the most amusing and surprisingly entertaining titles based on blockbuster films. Most recently, LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures released, and before that, we were treated to LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga.
Yep, they've got that formula down pat and gamers have responded nicely to the solid efforts. Therefore, the LEGO games - which have been going on for years, by the way - will continue along, much to the delight of fans. According to Jon Burton, president of Traveller's Tales, more LEGO-based video games are on the way. Here's what he told Variety- "We've gotten started doing some LEGO games on the Warner IPs... down the line." Well, take your pick of the upcoming Warner Bros. movies to see which one you'd like to see get a LEGO workover: how about "Watchmen?" Or "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince?" (they haven't done a LEGO Harry Potter yet) Maybe "Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins?" Whatever they pick, you can bet you'll got a fun, solid experience when Traveller's Tales sets out to adapt another big movie into the land of colorful blockiness.
We'll let you know when they release more details on the next LEGO title, but in the meantime, you've already got plenty to choose from.
