PSXE's Best Of The Best Polls Coming
See Full ImageMost of you are quite familiar with the GameFAQs Character Battle, which is just about ready to kick off for yet another year. It's extraordinarily popular, and we're considering doing something similar.
Of course, as we are a PlayStation-oriented website, we're going to keep things within the Sony universe, so that will include the PlayStation, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, and any and all iterations of the PlayStation Portable. However, we'd like to know what our loyal readers think; we'll use your feedback before making a decision. This will be a simple Poll contest, and we're going to entitle it, "PSX Extreme's Best of the Best," and the winners will be dictated by none other than those who count on us to be one of their valuable gaming resources. As we don't wish to step on any toes, and we also don't want to be accused of doing little more than a lame rip-off competition, we won't be doing a Character contest. GameFAQs started it; they can continue to have it, as far as we're concerned. But there are many other "Bests" in the video game industry, and our Best of the Best series can encompass any number of things.
To start, we're aiming at something big, like the "Best PlayStation Title Ever," or something along those lines. In the future, we can continue PSXE's Best of the Best with the "Best Storylines," and we could also stick to any one given platform for a particular voting contest. But before we start, we want to know what you think: quite simply, what do you want to vote for? Let us know via the Comments below (preferred) or send us an e-mail. We'll start next week, ladies and gents, and welcome to another addition to the ever-growing site of choice for many gamers. :)
