Sony Breaks Out 150 Bravia TVs For CES 2009 Presentation
The economy? Bah. Bring on the fancy TVs!
We know what Sony will be previewing at the Consumer Electronics Show today, and it's now clear that those awesome games will have the benefit of 150 Bravia TVs. The video presentation at the show is downright epic; Sony is showing off three OLED TVs, the new Vaio P mini notebook, LED backlit TVs, and several different top-of-the-line Bravia TVs, all located on every possible level of Sony's area. If you want to get a great look at the insanity, check out the screenshots courtesy of PCAuthority, which not only shows the crowd on hand, but the very slick Sony presentation. They also mention that Samsung has 117 LCD TVs hanging around, too, so it's fairly obvious that the big boys aren't pulling any punches just 'cuz the economy's a little low. Now, all we need is Killzone 2 being played simultaneously on all 150 Bravias, and every last attendee can gaze on in wonder and awe...some may even need medical attention. Can't that many TVs cause seizures?
Anyway, stay tuned for any breaking news that comes from the show (just don't hold your breath), and we'll try to locate as much game footage as possible. We would like a lengthy Infamous gameplay trailer, please.
