Princess Crown Coming To PSP

Atlus of Japan announced last week that it will port the classic Saturn RPG, Princess Crown, to the PSP. The game will go on sale September 22 and will include upgraded graphics and a gallery mode.

Princess Crown is an action-RPG that's unique for many reasons. The lead character is female, the battle scenes are side-scrolling and play out like the matches in Street Fighter, and the graphics are sleek and colorful instead of the typical fat deformed graphics that are typical of the genre.

No word yet on whether Atlus USA will localize and publish the game in North America, but we certainly wouldn't be surprised--they've really ramped up their RPG output in the past couple years.
