Another PSP Fighter Announced: Soul Calibur: Broken Destiny
Soul Calibur: Broken DestinyOkay, you well-informed readers are aware that Tekken 6 is coming to the PSP, but we know you fighting fans...you're insatiable. You want more.
So here you go: we had heard about it before the official unveiling at the PlayStation blog, but here are the full announcement details (complete with a debut video!). It's Soul Calibur: Broken Destiny, which marks the very first time this critically acclaimed franchise has gone portable. And even though it can't possibly look as good as Soul Calibur IV on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, we're certain you'll be impressed with those visuals, which are pretty darn stellar for a handheld title. Namco Bandai will have more information for us at E3, but for now, let's just say that fighting fans have more than enough reasons to own a PSP. As if Tekken 6 wasn't enough, you're now going to get a SC installment...what do you want next? Virtua Fighter? Sony has been crowing about the 2009 PSP lineup for months, and we get the feeling that even more unannounced titles are on the way. Let's not forget about the multiplayer aspects of these fighters, too; it'll be a major bonus for all fans!
Keep it here as we scrounge about for any Broken Destiny details before June rolls around. The Internet is great for discovering leaked info before the day of the official press release...

we need to be able to have better web browser, touch screen to type (typing with pressing the button several times just for a letter is a pain), bigger storage capability, and other things.

This opinion is one of those ones I just don't get. We need a better PSP? Better than what?
Show me a hand held gaming unit with better controls. You can't, there isn't one.
Show me a hand held game unit with better CPU/GPU performance. You can't, there isn't one.
Show me a hand held game unit that plays games, displays photos, plays mp3s and videos and browses. You can't, there isn't one.
The PSP has always been the most advanced hand held gaming device. Despite the propaganda that Apple would have us believe, java driven browser based games and small object C mini-games on the iFawn are not a major threat to full games on the PSP (or DS).
What do you use if you rarely use your PSP anymore? Judging by your feature list there is only one possible device - the iFawn. But it also sounds like you want the PSP to be something other than what it is. First and foremost the PSP is a portable PlayStation, not a phone or PDA.
As for bigger storage capacity, is 16GB on a MemoryStick ProDuo not enough?
You come over as someone who can never have enough. Personally I find the PSP to be a very nice device. Sure I wish it could do some other things, but I'll settle for the function set it has with more games and movies please. In fact the only things I think that PSP would really benefit from are a doubling of the battery life (you can *never* have enough battery time) and better sound.

Unless of course you've found a way to shrink the 11 pound block of black plastic and electronics, along with a color LCD screen into a hand held device little bigger than an iPhone.
Seriously though, if your on a train, plain or long journey where you are not the driver and you want to play Soul Calibur, there is no other practical way except the PSP. So, of course, yes it's worth it - IMHO of course.
