Amazon Deal: Purchase PSP-3000, Get One Game Free

Deals, deals, deals. Sometimes, the gaming hobby can get a little expensive, so it's always a good idea to look around for purchase incentives that save you a little cash.

Amazon.com has one of the best deals we've seen recently: if you purchase a Piano Black PSP-3000, you'll get one game absolutely free. Normally, the skeptical response to this is, "yeah, but which games...only the crappy ones, right?" Nope. There are only three games to choose from, but you can get either God of War: Chains of Olympus, LocoRoco or Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee. That's a damn good selection and while all three are entertaining, we do suggest Chains of Olympus because along with Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, we consider it to be the best PSP title to date. Here are the exact details:

"For a limited time, when you purchase a PSP 3000 Core Pack - Black, you can get a qualifying PSP Greatest Hits title for free*. Offer limited to products shipped and sold by Amazon.com. Offer begins at 12:00 AM Pacific time on 5/10/09 and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific time on 5/16/09. This offer may not be combined with other offers or promotional certificates. Limit one free game per household. *Tax and shipping charges may apply."

So what are you waiting for? Head on over to Amazon and take advantage of this great offer! Really, there are more than enough reasons to own Sony's portable these days.

^ ^ I wouldn't take it as that as Amazon(dot)com is known for giving people more bang for the buck. I got some awesome deals on PS3 and PSP games during the Christmas 2008 holiday season. I am enjoying my PSP-3000 though.

People who are in the internet a lot will not go for this since every one in the web knows that a new PSP is coming.

This isn't news. Stores have deals like this all the time. Hell even multiple games and accessory packs.

John, I hope you posted this in the video game deals thread on the forums as well!

If anyone hasn't gotten it by now, Newegg has LittleBigPlanet for $25 w/ free shipping. Go get it!
