SCEA Announces Gran Turismo PSP Entertainment Pack
We just heard about the possibility of a Gran Turismo 5 PS3 Slim bundle, and while that remains unconfirmed, another GT-related package has been officially announced.
Today, SCEA has revealed the Limited Edition Gran Turismo PSP Entertainment Pack, scheduled for release on October 20 in the US and Canada for the price of $199.99. The enticing pack will boast an exclusive PSN downloadable voucher for a white Corvette ZR1 (this color won't be available in the game by itself), plus the very cool "Mystic Silver" PSP-3000, a downloadable movie voucher (title TBA), a 2GB Memory Stick PRO Duo, and a music voucher for 10 downlaodable songs from Sony Music Pass. If you already have a PSP-3000 and simply want to snag the game, you can do so on its launch day of October 1; the same say you might consider picking up the freshly released PSP Go. With more than 800 vehicle models (and over 4,500 paint variations) and 35 tracks, GT PSP certainly won't feel like a watered-down portable version of an exquisite simulator, and it'll be a must for many PSP owners. Said John Koller, Director of Hardware Marketing for SCEA:
"Gran Turismo is one of the most successful gaming franchises in history, so what better way to mark Gran Turismo’s premiere on the PSP system than by offering it with the only portable device that can deliver its rich, true-to-life graphics and unrivaled driving experience. Featuring Polyphony Digital's famed graphical prowess, tons of fun automotive content—including the ability to trade and share vehicles—and an exhilarating racing experience created for the PSP system, Gran Turismo is again poised to take racing games to new heights."
Okay, so now we've got this bundle all squared away...how's about announcing that GT5 PS3 Slim package?

i guess the good part is that after you help all the athiests, and cant 4get the otters, you get brought back to 2 months before this is announced, and tell the world of june 2009 that the slim does exist, will come in september, and that 3.00 will come with it... hmm too bad N4G will be the only believers of such an epic tale about athiest otters and ps3...
:p
