"Legendary Game Designer" To Unveil Huge Title This Week

The video below is a promotional trailer for this week's GameTrailers TV E3 special and while they mostly plan to show off recently announced blockbusters and other known titles, one announcement has caused quite the stir. Evidently, a "legendary game designer" will reveal his "shocking new project" for the very first time on the show, which airs Friday on Spike at 11 p.m. If you miss it, you can certainly watch it at GameTrailers.com a bit later, but that's hardly the point of interest, here. The point is...what the hell is it?
"Legendary game designer?" David Jaffe? Hideo Kojima? Everyone has been waiting for Jaffe and Eat Sleep Play to finally announce their mystery project - which apparently has nothing to do with Twisted Metal, if we take Jaffe at his Twitter word - so this could be it. Kojima might be ready to announce something MGS-related...other than that, we don't know. Kazunori Yamauchi? Nah, we know it's all about Gran Turismo 5 with him. And we also know about Sid Meier's Civilization 5. So...
