Knights In The Nightmare Trailer Oozes Atlus Goodness
Atlus has been a friend to the role-playing fan for years, and that friendship will only strengthen over time.
Atlus has released a new trailer for their highly anticipated PSP RPG, Knights in the Nightmare, and it showcases the game's excellent artistry and in-depth gameplay. Described as a cross between action and strategy role-playing and a "once-in-a-lifetime experience," the game mixes fast, intricate action with thought-provoking tactical strategy. Somehow, they've managed to incorporate elements from the RPG, RTS, and even shooter genres; you will control the Wisp and activate the souls of deceased knights to become your allies. With over 100 characters to find and recruit, 7 different knight classes, and the lore encompassing all their pasts, dreams and deaths, the game is bound to immerse you immediately.
"A tale thrice told" and exclusive to the PSP, Knights in the Nightmare will boast Princess Yggdra as a third playable character. For all the details and info, be sure to visit the game's official site. Atlus will once again deliver a game likely to be loved by its loyal following of fans on October 19; don't discount it amidst the heavy-hitting blockbusters for consoles.

Granted I'm loving all the ps2 games that I have been playing recently since I missed them back in the day, but it would be nice to have some full sized ps3 quality rpgs gracing my shelves more than once per year.

It might be different when the 3DS comes out, but right now these games would look better and play more comfortably on a PSP, so I wish more games would make the jump.

I dunno, I got immediately turned off by the gameplay in the vid, looked like alot of things happening at the same time, and I hate it when I can't keep up with what's happening.
