PSP Sports The First Holiday Bundle
With the biggest retail days right around the corner, Sony is preparing well in advance by announcing a PSP bundle, available tomorrow and (hopefully) throughout the holiday shopping season.
The pack will include a first-party 1 GB Memory Stick Pro Duo, ATV Offroad Fury: Blazin' Trails, and a Lords of Dogtown UMD movie. The bundle will retail for $249.99, which gives the consumer an estimated $50 savings.
According to a news quote from SCEA senior vice president of marketing Peter Dille, Sony expects the bundle to give the PSP a little boost.
Said Dille- "While the PSP system has out-sold all other next-generation gaming handhelds in the period since its launch, we expect this new offering to drive additional consumer interest and sales, particularly as the holiday shopping season approaches." (Source: GameSpot)
They currently have another package deal on the shelves, which sports a battery and AC adapter for $199.99, which also should continue through the holiday season.
