Lions Gate Publishing UMD Movies
Two weeks ago, Sony Pictures announced plans to release four films for the PSP's UMD format.Today, film studio Lions Gate Entertainment announced its own initiative to support the format with an initial release of 12 films on UMD.
A full list of titles, prices, and release dates was not mentioned, but the plan calls for The Punisher and House of the Dead, along with older titles such as Total Recall and Rambo: First Blood, to be among the first released--with disks costing between $20 to $30 for new titles and $10 to $20 for older films.
