  Media Create has released software sales ranging from December 18th to the 24th in Japan. Not surprisingly, the Nintendo DS continues to do well with software sales. But two new additions have debuted on the chart. Konami's Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops for the PSP jumped to #2, debuting with nearly 180k units sold. And Dawn of Mana debuted with powerful numbers, as well -- selling 152k units. Pokemon Diamond and Pearl continue to dominate the charts in sales, with New Super Mario Bros. not showing any signs of slowing down.

   The top 10 is as follows:

   1. Pokémon Diamond (DS) 209,379 / 2,329,227

   2. Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops (PSP) 178,370 / new

   3. Pokémon Pearl (DS) 164,670 / 1,931,445

   4. New Super Mario Bros. (DS) 154,107 / 3,771,128

   5. Wii Sports (Wii) 152,756 / 471,229

   6. Seiken Densetsu 4/Dawn of Mana (PS2) 152,062 / new

   7. Kirby Squeak Squad (DS) 149,350 / 706,984

   8. Love and Berry DS Collection (DS) 139,382 / 747,926

   9. Wii Play (Wii) 137,495 / 439,323

   10. Jump Ultimate Stars (DS) 134,551 / 484,529
