Upcoming PSP Game Inspired By Graphic Novel
Every once in a while, a game sneaks up on everyone and blindsides them with its surprising amount of potential. One such game has suddenly landed on everyone's radar, and it's an upcoming PSP game entitled, 300: March to Glory.
For those of you unfamiliar with the name, there will be a movie of the same name coming out within the next month or so. It's based on Frank Miller's graphic novel (we're sure you film connoisseurs recall "Sin City"), and if you couldn't guess, there should be a fair amount of violence and brutality in both the movie and game. Details remain sketchy for this PSP title, but some basic information has come to light over the past few days.
The game should feature a fixed camera and a God of War-esque setting, combined with the historical aspect of the graphic novel (it's about the ancient Battle of Thermopylae). We're not sure if it's going to be straight-up one-player action, or if there might be a strategy element included - big battles always make us think of strategy - but the game should be brimming with style. We're going to keep a close eye on this one, and you should, too. 300: March to Glory is currently scheduled to release on February 27.
