Namco Reveals Four New Tales Projects
At a recent press conference, Namco announced more plans for the esteemed Tales series: four individual projects are currently under development; three of them are new installments in the franchise and one is a port of a current PS2 title.
The three new games include an original game for the DS (Tales of Innocence), set for release this winter, a PS2 title based on the original Tales of Destiny on the PS1, and a Wii title based on the GameCube's Tales of Symphonia. As for the port, it's the PS2's Tales of Rebirth, getting ported to the PSP. As of now, the release is tentatively scheduled for next year, and this new version will include widescreen support plus a new gallery mode.
This is a beloved series among avid RPG fans, and to hear these games are still going strong is definitely good news.
