PSP Videos

  You may recall the Ape Escape titles on the original PS1; they were great platformers that appealed to a wide demographic. Now, we've got something similar for the PSP that is actually a role-playing game: it's called Ape Quest, and here's the official trailer. At the very least, this is a unique - and just plain adorable - concept, and it should be a worthwhile experience for RPG fans. You get a look at the gameplay in this video, and as you can see, it adopts the old-school turn-based style we've seen in major RPG franchises like Final Fantasy. It may be difficult to envision cutesy apes in a role-playing environment, but hey, it's certainly original!
